Cardioline and Cardiolife Launch Strategic Partnership to Deliver Smarter Holter Monitoring

Cardioline, a global ECG manufacturer with more than 60 years of heritage, and Cardiolife, a leading provider of high-precision AI-powered ECG interpretation software, announce a strategic partnership.

Newly launched Cardioline VIREO™ FLEX 3 brings clinicians an advanced ambulatory ECG (Holter) device.  When used with Cardiolife’s clinically validated, CE-marked AI software, clinicians can experience faster, more consistent ECG interpretation, while maintaining full clinical overview and control.

Cardiolife offers a powerful algorithm and an interface that aligns well with established clinical workflows,” says Luis Meireles, CEO of Cardioline. “The platform is designed so that physicians retain full oversight of the reporting process, while remaining fast and agile.  It enables clinicians to review, confirm, and adjust reports as needed.

Long-term ECG (Holter)-monitoring is growing rapidly, placing increasing pressure on clinical teams. The combination of VIREO FLEX 3 and Cardiolife’s AI-powered interpretation software helps clinicians keep up by providing high-quality ECG acquisition, exceptional patient comfort, and up to 99% balanced accuracy across 32 cardiac diagnoses.

“This partnership represents the future of ECG diagnostics,” says Kristin Lied, CEO of Cardiolife. “By combining next-generation acquisition device with high-precision AI software and a doctor-in-the-loop workflow, we are providing a solution that delivers faster, more consistent results, freeing clinicians to focus on what matter most – patient care.”

Doctor-in-the-loop
Built around a doctor-in-the-loop approach, the platform ensures full clinical transparency and oversight. Clinicians receive clear, automated, fully editable reports within seconds, with interactive findings that show exactly which ECG segments drive each interpretation — ensuring full clinical confidence.

This combination supports ECG recordings of up to 21 days and introduces a modern reporting workflow designed to integrate seamlessly into existing clinical environments. Web-based access enables fast and flexible review, with  on-premises deployment available if required.

 Strategic Partnership
Although the Cardiolife software is device-agnostic, it has been specifically optimized for the Cardioline ecosystem to ensure deep integration and a seamless user experience. The companies emphasize that the partnership is strategic, while both organizations remain independent.

The new platform is officially introduced at World Health Expo (WHX) in Dubai and is expected to go to market by the end of March this year.
