Cardiolife appoints João Pedro Leite as Chief Operating Officer

Cardiolife is pleased to announce the appointment of João Pedro Leite as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

João Pedro Leite brings over 20 years of experience in technology and operational management, with a proven track record in business process improvement and growth strategies within the software industry. His expertise lies in translating strategic goals into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, João Pedro has held senior roles focused on optimizing workflows, scaling operations, and aligning technology with organizational goals. In his previous position as COO at NDrive, he was responsible for operational strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across technology and product teams. 

As COO of Cardiolife, João Pedro will have overall responsibility for the company’s operations, directly managing the Technology, Customer Support, and Service teams. His mandate includes driving process efficiency, strengthening cross-team collaboration, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and scaling operations to support the company’s continued international growth.
