Gil Silva

Gil Silva is a pragmatic software engineer with a background in full-stack development and applied machine learning, who takes systems from requirements through to production.

His technical experience spans backend, frontend and cloud development, REST API design, relational and NoSQL databases and containerised deployment, with project experience in management systems, data platforms, authentication and identity systems, and LLM features integrated into business applications. He works in an agent-driven way, with AI coding agents and custom tooling backed by automated review, tests and CI/CD.

Gil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Informatics Engineering and a Master's degree in Mobile Computing from Universidade Fernando Pessoa.
