Andreia Dias

Andreia Dias is a seasoned finance executive with over 16 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, business strategy, and governance. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Diligence Capital, where she has been instrumental in guiding the firm’s financial strategy and investment operations since 2009.
In addition to her role at Diligence Capital, Andreia holds executive positions as CFO and Board Member at NDrive Navigation Systems SA (since 2017) and Digital Logic S.A. (since 2014). She has also served in senior financial leadership roles across multiple technology and innovation-driven organizations, including NMusic and MDevices SA, where she contributed to corporate growth, financial restructuring, and operational excellence initiatives.
She holds a Licenciatura (Bachelor’s degree) in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto, one of Portugal’s leading business schools.
